Singapore's Land Transport Authority reported an obstacle on the Central Expressway towards the Ayer Rajah Expressway, at the Pan Island Expressway (Changi) exit. Motorists travelling in that direction were advised that the obstruction could slow traffic and to drive carefully or use alternative routes. Commuters were checking conditions before heading out during the morning rush.
