Claims circulating that Putin is staging a pandemic scare to aid Trump

Original: oh look, # PedoPresident 's pimp, little # ToplessVlad # Putin , is doing his fat-ass useful idiot a solid by pretending

Social media users are accusing Vladimir Putin of inventing a new pandemic scare to help Donald Trump justify a lockdown and cancel the US midterm elections. The talk stems from a Forbes report about a newly flagged pandemic threat, which critics are framing as politically coordinated rather than a genuine health emergency. No evidence supports the conspiracy claims.

Why now: A new pandemic warning is being caught up in partisan distrust of both Trump and Putin ahead of the US midterms.
