Megyn Kelly mocked for commenting on E. Jean Carroll's looks
Original: Megyn Kelly remarks on accuser's looks
Megyn Kelly is facing backlash after making remarks about the appearance of a woman accusing Donald Trump, during commentary on the case. Critics called the comments an attempt to discredit an accuser by attacking her looks rather than addressing the allegations. Supporters argue she was commenting on inconsistencies in the accuser's public statements.
Why now: Kelly's remarks revive debate over appearance-based attacks on accusers in a politically charged case.
