The Green Party of England and Wales is reportedly facing ostracism from European green parties after a vote describing Zionism as racism. According to the Guardian, the fallout includes pressure from Germany's Green party, with the party's stance on Israel straining relations with political allies across Europe and drawing criticism over concerns about antisemitism.
Why now: A vote equating Zionism with racism has triggered diplomatic and political fallout with allied green parties, notably in Germany.
