A Turkish cargo ship has sunk in the Black Sea after a drone strike near Romanian waters. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Russia was responsible for the attack, which raises fresh concerns about the safety of shipping lanes in the region and the risk of the war spilling over to neighboring NATO members like Romania.
