Color-blind developer builds tool showing how he sees
Original: Show HN: I'm color blind, so I built a way to show people how I see
A developer who is color blind has launched a web tool that lets people view the world through his eyes, simulating how colors appear to him. The project was shared on Hacker News under its Show HN format, where users typically demonstrate new personal projects. It is drawing attention for offering a firsthand perspective on color blindness rather than an abstract explanation.
Why now: People are discussing an accessible, personal take on simulating color blindness that invites empathy and curiosity.
