Donald Trump is campaigning in Nebraska alongside Pete Ricketts, holding a live rally in a state where cattle ranchers are upset with his administration's plan to allow more imports of foreign beef. Ranchers argue cheaper imports could hurt domestic producers, making agriculture policy a flashpoint of the visit.
Why now: Ranchers' opposition to the beef import plan puts Trump's agriculture policy in conflict with voters in a key farm state during his campaign appearance.
