Original: NFL power rankings Week 5 see Bears, Browns, Giants, Patriots soar

Week 5 NFL power rankings show a reshuffling near the top and bottom, with the Chicago Bears, Cleveland Browns, New York Giants and New England Patriots all rising sharply.
