An elaborate hardware setup has been created to cheat at Chrome's hidden offline dinosaur game, automating play far beyond human capability. The hack appears to use physical components to detect obstacles and trigger jumps, letting the simple browser game run indefinitely. People are sharing the build as a fun example of over-engineering, applauding the creativity applied to a game designed to kill time during internet outages.
