Severe storms have damaged the World's Tallest Toto statue while it was being transported to Wamego, Kansas, for the town's annual OZtoberFest celebration. The giant dog figure, a nod to Dorothy's companion in The Wizard of Oz, was reported damaged on its way to the festival. Organizers and locals are awaiting word on whether it can still be repaired and displayed in time for the event.
