Aaj Tak tracks Jantar Mantar protest and Bihar poll statements

Original: aaj tak

Indian news channel Aaj Tak is reporting on a large protest at Jantar Mantar in Delhi, with police restricting entry on Janpath and Sansad Marg unless people identify themselves. It is also covering Bihar politics, where BJP ally Upendra Kushwaha said the atmosphere has turned murky for both the NDA and the Mahagathbandhan, prompting questions about why he made the remark.

Why now: A fresh protest in Delhi and a controversial statement from a Bihar election ally are drawing attention to Aaj Tak's coverage.
