Alan Ritchson's New Action Movie Pulled From 1,200 Theaters
Original: Alan Ritchson's New Action Movie Officially Removed From 1,200 Theaters
Alan Ritchson's new action film has been officially pulled from roughly 1,200 theaters, sharply reducing its theatrical run just weeks after release. No detailed box office figures or studio statements accompany the report, so the scale of the pullback and the reasons behind it remain unconfirmed. Ritchson, known for Reacher, has been building a big-screen action career, making the theater withdrawal notable news.
Why now: A star actor's action film losing over a thousand screens is an unusually steep commercial setback, drawing attention to its box office performance.
