Drummer's cover of Led Zeppelin's 'Immigrant Song' draws praise for Bonham tribute
Original: Drums Only: Immigrant Song by Led Zeppelin. John Bonham is the GOAT. I have learned a lot studying his playing. I guess
A drummer has shared an isolated-drums rendition of Led Zeppelin's 'Immigrant Song', calling John Bonham the greatest drummer of all time and saying studying his playing taught him a lot. He notes his recording was close enough to the original to trigger an automatic copyright claim, which he takes as proof he got the drum sound right.
Why now: Music fans continue to debate and celebrate John Bonham's status as one of rock's greatest drummers.
