Brewers coach called ball off the roof before first pitch

Original: If you can believe it, Crew coach predicted that ball off the roof before the game

Milwaukee Brewers coach Rickie Weeks Jr. told teammates before the game that a batted ball would strike the stadium's retractable roof during batting practice — and it happened, just as he described. MLB.com highlighted the eerily accurate call, and fans are sharing the moment as one of the more amusing quirks of playing in a ballpark with a roof that regularly intercepts fly balls.

Why now: The coach's improbable prediction came true in a highly visible, shareable moment.
