Hampstead Theatre extends run of Stoppard's The Invention of Love
Original: RUN EXTENDED FOR TOM STOPPARD’S THE INVENTION OF LOVE AT HAMPSTEAD THEATRE
Hampstead Theatre has extended the run of its production of Tom Stoppard's play The Invention of Love, adding more performances due to demand. The revival of Stoppard's 1997 work, which explores the life of poet and classicist A.E. Housman, will now play to audiences for longer than originally scheduled at the London venue.
Why now: The extension signals strong ticket demand for a major revival of one of Britain's most celebrated playwrights.
