Supporters of Ireland's main football clubs have sent a letter asking the national team not to play its scheduled match against Israel. The appeal reflects ongoing anger over the situation in Gaza, with fan groups pressing players and the football association to take a stand. The news has been widely shared in Spanish-language coverage, and debate is growing over whether the fixture should go ahead at all.
