Strictly Come Dancing eliminates first celebrity of series
Original: Strictly eliminates first celebrity after unanimous judges' vote
The first celebrity has been eliminated from this series of Strictly Come Dancing after all four judges voted the same way, sending the contestant home in the dance-off without any split decision. No name has been confirmed in the available reports. Strictly eliminations reliably draw large audiences and debate over the judges' verdict, especially early in a series when the standard of the cast is still being assessed.
Why now: The first elimination of a new series is always a major talking point for the show's large fanbase.
