More than 1,200 students in Colorado have earned a new climate-focused seal on their diplomas, a credential recognising coursework and projects on climate science and solutions. The programme lets young people demonstrate climate literacy to colleges and employers. Students involved frame their generation as the one that will live with the consequences of a warming world, and supporters see it as a model other states may copy.
