Victor Ostrovsky

Victor Ostrovsky, who trained for three years to become a katsa — a case officer in Israel's Mossad — later wrote a memoir exposing the agency's inner workings. Israel fought hard to block the book's publication, making it one of the most controversial intelligence exposés ever printed. Readers are revisiting the story through a recent blog review, keeping debate alive about the memoir and the government's efforts to bury it.
