Vantovy Bridge

Foreign flags were hung on the Vantovy (cable-stayed) bridge, and local reports attribute the act to a minor hooligan. Authorities and commentators are discussing the incident as an act of vandalism, with questions raised about how the flags were installed and whether any charges will follow. The story is drawing attention on Russian-language platforms.
