VENTRA EV

The VENTRA EV project, a student-led initiative, is developing technology to capture tyre and brake wear particles, a major source of non-exhaust pollution from vehicles. The effort highlights growing attention on emissions that electric vehicles still produce, even as tailpipe emissions disappear.
