Trackman

The Sun Belt Conference is expanding its partnership with Trackman, announcing plans to introduce the automated ball-strike system in baseball and provide in-dugout tablets for softball starting in 2027. The move follows growing adoption of ABS technology across college and professional baseball as leagues weigh the balance between human umpiring and electronic strike calling. It also signals a push to modernize officiating and coaching tools in college athletics.
