The renovation of the Spoho tower in Cologne-Müngersdorf has been delayed once more, according to the Kölner Stadt-Anzeiger. The building, part of the German Sport University Cologne site, was intended to be converted to create new housing, and the renewed postponement means urgently needed apartments in Cologne will remain unavailable for longer. Local observers are voicing frustration over the city's ongoing housing shortage.
