Sojourners

Sojourners, the progressive Christian magazine, has published a piece arguing that church liturgy can and should honor transgender lives. The article calls on congregations to make trans people visible and affirmed within worship practices. The message lands amid ongoing debates within American churches over transgender inclusion and the place of LGBTQ Christians in religious life.
