Shyla

Police in Eugene, Oregon towed two parked cars and found more than 100 pet rats living in squalid conditions, along with 18 newborns. Greenhill Humane Society is now caring for the animals as intake approaches 200 and is appealing for adopters. Separately, adoption appeals continue for shelter dogs like Shyla, who has waited months without a single application.
