Ray McGovern

Former CIA analyst Ray McGovern is claiming that Russia has told all foreign diplomats to leave Kyiv immediately, a step that would signal an imminent escalation in Russia's war against Ukraine. The claim is circulating widely online, but no official statement from Moscow or from the affected embassies has been confirmed, and diplomats were still operating in the Ukrainian capital.
