Raseel

A girl identified as Raseel needed multiple surgeries after an Israeli helicopter struck the tent she was staying in, according to witnesses in Gaza. Israel's military says it has no record of the incident. The reported strike is drawing attention to the continuing danger to displaced civilians sheltering in tents and the recurring dispute over accountability for attacks in Gaza.
