RSChS

In Ryazan, authorities reminded residents that the old communication channel of the RSChS, Russia's unified state emergency prevention and response system, has been removed or deactivated. The notice, published by local outlet RZN.info, tells people to use updated channels for emergency alerts. Discussion remains modest but the reminder matters for residents relying on old notification methods.
