The European Commission has published results from the PALOMA project, a Horizon-funded research initiative investigating how Amazonian plant species respond to climate change. The study examines how vegetation in the Amazon rainforest reacts to shifting temperature and rainfall patterns, work seen as critical given the forest's role in global carbon storage. The findings are being shared through the Commission's CORDIS research portal.
