Ukraine has carried out a new wave of long-range strikes deep inside Russian territory. President Volodymyr Zelensky reported a hit on a target in the Black Sea and a strike on a launch and storage site for attack drones in the Oryol region. Additional strikes hit an oil facility in the Samara region and a supply depot serving Russian troops.

President Zelensky announced a Ukrainian strike on an oil refinery in Russia's Samara region, roughly 860 km southeast of Moscow. He also reported attacks on a drone launch and storage site in the Oryol region and a supply depot in the Bryansk region, along with another target near the Black Sea. The deep strike into Russian energy infrastructure highlights Kyiv's growing long-range drone capability.
