Mercure

FrankenPHP 1.13 has been released, bundling Caddy 2.11.7 with Slowloris protection, a url_pattern matcher and RFC 10036 incremental header support. The update includes Mercure 1.0 built in and validates config reloads before replacing the running configuration. Five security fixes, two rated high severity, are included, and developers are urged to upgrade and read the upgrade notes.
