Mega-Sena

Brazil's Mega-Sena and six other lottery draws are being held earlier than scheduled because of the elections. Caixa moved the contests to accommodate the October vote, and news outlet G1 reported the change, prompting Brazilians to search for the new draw dates and times.

Caixa held the Mega-Sena contest 3064 draw on Tuesday, September 29, and no ticket matched all six numbers, so the prize rolled over. Outlets including Agência Brasil and Estadão published the drawn numbers, with reports indicating the jackpot has accumulated toward an estimated R$ 52 million and rising to around R$ 75 million for the next draw. Brazilians are checking results and planning bets for the next contest.
