LT Games

Fitness company Life Time has hosted its first LT Games, a hybrid fitness competition testing athletes across strength, endurance and skill events. The debut event is drawing attention within the fitness community, with observers comparing it to other functional fitness competitions and watching whether it will grow into a recurring flagship contest on the company's events calendar.

The Chicago Bears have placed left tackle Braxton Jones on injured reserve, sidelining him as they prepare to face the New York Jets. Theo Benedet is set to start at left tackle in his place. The move thins an already strained offensive line, and fans are watching whether Benedet can protect the quarterback against the Jets' pass rush.
