Jurassic predator

Scientists report that a small Jurassic-era predator played a role in the evolutionary path that eventually led to the development of the human brain. The finding sheds light on early neural evolution in ancient vertebrates, suggesting that features present in these tiny creatures helped lay the groundwork for complex brains in later species, including humans.
