Josh Rogin

Commenters are quoting analyst Josh Rogin's criticism of Donald Trump's negotiating team over Ukraine, arguing that appeasing "psychopathic mass murdering dictators" never improves their behavior. The claim follows reports that Ukraine was ready to stop attacks on Russian oil refineries and energy infrastructure, while Putin declined a reciprocal halt on strikes against Ukrainian energy targets. Critics call the administration's approach naïve.
