Jay County

Attention is turning to the contest for California's 45th Congressional District, where Derek Tran and Michelle Steel-allied Republican Jay Vo face off, with the Los Angeles Times publishing a voter guide outlining the candidates and what is at stake. The Orange County-based district is seen as one of the most competitive House races, with control of Congress potentially hanging in the balance.

A newly formed theatre group is staging its debut production, and members of Jay County’s McGraw family are part of the cast. The item, reported by the Commercial Review, highlights local residents taking part in the new company’s first show. Beyond the involvement of the McGraws, no further details about the production or the group have been reported.
