Izmail port

Russia says an overnight strike hit a communications centre in Kyiv, energy facilities, and the port of Izmail on the Danube. The claims, reported by Reuters, come as Russian attacks continue to target Ukrainian infrastructure, with Izmail a key hub for grain exports. Details from Ukraine have not yet been confirmed.
