Humla

Unseasonal or heavy snowfall in the Limi area of Nepal's Humla district has damaged grasslands, leaving residents worried about fodder supplies for their Chauri livestock. With grazing grass buried under snow, herders fear shortages that could affect yak-cow hybrids central to the local high-altitude economy, prompting concern in the remote Himalayan community.
