HomeView

A report says Apple's rumored 'HomeView' smart home hub will ship in November, offered in four colors and powered by an A18 chip. The device would mark Apple's latest push into the smart home market, though Apple has not confirmed the product, its specifications, or a release date.

Apple will unveil its first dedicated smart home display, called HomeView, at a special event on 13 October. The device reportedly runs on Apple's A18 processor, comes in four colour finishes, and customer deliveries are expected to begin shortly after the announcement. It marks Apple's first entry into the smart display category, competing with similar offerings from Google and Amazon.

Apple may be linked to a trademark filing for 'HomeView', registered last year at the same time as 'homeOS', fueling speculation about an upcoming smart home operating system and companion software. Reports suggest the dual filings point to a coordinated home product strategy, with observers watching for an official announcement as new branding trademarks often signal products close to launch.
