Hackney Council's plans for a new pavilion could displace the Hackney Mosaic Project, a well-loved community space in the east London borough. The news, reported by the BBC, has prompted local concern about the loss of a green and artistic community asset. Critics are questioning whether the development justifies removing a project valued by residents.
