Grundy County

A Grundy County committee has voted to grant an extension for a proposed solar farm project, giving developers additional time to advance the plan through the approval process. The decision keeps the renewable energy proposal alive locally. Details on the project's size, developer and the length of the extension have not been widely reported, and public reaction so far appears limited.
