Future Forces 2026

Fuel prices in Germany are drawing attention alongside new federal regulations set to take effect in October 2026. The German government has published an overview of legislative changes coming into force that month, and drivers are checking what the rules mean for costs at the pump.

The Future Forces 2026 exhibition is set to spotlight defence technology, with a particular emphasis on autonomous systems and counter-unmanned aircraft systems (C-UAS). Organisers say the event will bring together military, industry and research communities to display emerging capabilities in uncrewed platforms and drone-defence solutions. The announcement comes as armed forces worldwide step up investment in autonomy and responses to drone threats.
