East Mesa

A church has purchased the vacant Macy's department store in East Mesa, Arizona. The sale means a large empty retail space left by the department store chain will be converted to religious use, a growing trend as big-box stores close across the United States. Details on the buyer, the price and plans for the building have not yet been released.
