The developers of EVRadar have released version 1.2 of their iPhone app for electric vehicle drivers, calling it the biggest update yet. The redesign centres on a colour-coded map showing charger availability at a glance: green for free, orange for one charger left, red for full and grey for closed. Each state also carries its own symbol, so the information stays readable for users who cannot distinguish colours.
