Domantas Sabonis

The Sacramento Kings are back in action against the Los Angeles Lakers in a second preseason game after a rough first outing. Center Domantas Sabonis says he is fully recovered from a knee injury and dismissed summer trade rumors as fabricated, saying the speculation was all made up as the team looks ahead to its next chapter.

Trade chatter is building around the Los Angeles Lakers, with rookie guard Bronny James mentioned as a possible piece in deals, and Sacramento Kings big man Domantas Sabonis drawing interest from teams including the Golden State Warriors. Fans and analysts are debating what a Sabonis move would mean for the Western Conference playoff race and whether the Lakers would part with James.

Reports circulating online claim the Toronto Raptors have acquired Domantas Sabonis in a surprising four-team trade, with the Sacramento Kings, LA Clippers, Charlotte Hornets and Jakob Poeltl's situation all mentioned in the chatter. The story is being shared heavily across basketball circles, but no official announcement from the Raptors, Kings or the NBA confirms the deal, and its authenticity remains in question.
