David Mack

A reader has finished More Beautiful Than Death by David Mack, a Star Trek novel set in the alternate Kelvin timeline, rating it three stars out of five. They describe the experience of reading a Kelvin-universe Trek novel as odd, saying it feels different from other Trek books, while still calling it a decent read that likely captures the deliberately off-kilter tone of that setting.
