Christian charities

A Bible verse from Proverbs 22:9 is being shared among Christians, urging generosity toward those in need. The verse says a person with a "bountiful eye shall be blessed" for giving bread to the poor. Accompanying reflections call on believers to share food with poor families and ask God for help in relieving hunger, framing charity as both a duty and a blessing.
