Bas Smit

Dutch presenter Renze Klamer has called presenter and comedian Bas Smit a 'flapdrol' — roughly a silly fool — adding that 'if you do this, then you're actually okay.' The remark, made in a television setting, plays on the pair's public banter around family life and marriage, and is being picked up in the Netherlands as light entertainment gossip.
