BMTC

Employees of Karnataka's state transport corporations KSRTC and BMTC have taken to the streets again, holding sit-in demonstrations to press for their long-pending demand for a pension scheme. The Kannada word 'pension' is trending as coverage of the protest spreads, with workers urging the state government to meet their demands and resolve the dispute.
