The United Nations Development Programme has presented a Biodiversity Finance Plan for Armenia under its BIOFIN initiative. The plan is designed to help the country assess, mobilise and manage funding for protecting its biodiversity. It forms part of a broader global effort to close the financing gap for nature conservation, though detailed figures and priority measures have not yet been outlined.
